NEX Performance Films has the capability to test both physical and chemical compositions. Our focus is to provide the best possible service to our customers in all areas of our business, including analysis work.  Since the start of our company, we’ve been committed to investment in the analytical and quality testing part of our business.  We’ve always had a breadth of testing equipment that was superior to most of our competition. We realized that “speed to market” was critical for many of our customers. The ability to reverse engineer constructions allows us to provide a service that helps our customers compete.

Knowing what structures are being used successfully (or unsuccessfully) for specific applications is extremely valuable. This is particularly true when entering new markets or exploring new opportunities. NEX Performance Films can increase your probability for success by providing valuable information before you decide to approach a new market, new customer, or run trials. In addition, we’ve seen that the ability to establish correlative testing with a supplier of polyethylene film materials (a very important part of the overall structure) can be a real advantage. Specifications are agreed upon and films are tested in advance to ensure essential characteristics are achieved prior to the film becoming part of a critical lamination.

Through the correct material analysis, we can streamline the development process. When a film recommendation is made and a trial is run, there is a higher probability for success.
