From monolayer films for the fractional pack and brick pack market, to more sophisticated coextrusions we’ve helped our customers preserve the taste and smell of fresh coffee with packaging films designed to keep aromas inside and oxygen and moisture outside. As new resins have been developed, we’ve incorporated them into our films to provide increased seal strength, more hot tack and improved sealing through contamination. Our patented Controlled COF Technology™ provides our customers in the coffee market a unique advantage in reducing slip transfer from the sealant to the outer layer of the lamination. This is critical in high speed VFFS sealing applications often used in this market.
