Bryon is the Continuous Improvement Manager. He is responsible for leading the Implementation of the PI (Process Improvement) Program for all plants. Bryon works with the plants to improve operational performance. He shares best practices and assists in identifying capital needs in the plants.
What do you like about your job?
“My favorite part of the job is being able to solve problems and clear road blocks for people to be able to do their job better and more efficiently.”
How did you get into Packaging?
“I applied for the position of extrusion operator at the plant in Turner Falls when I heard via word of mouth that they were installing a new extrusion line in April of 1990.”
How do you describe NEX to your family/friends?
“I tell them NEX is the place that has provided me with a great career and a wealth of experiences in my 21 years with the company. I am living proof that it is possible to start at the bottom and work your way up through the ranks.”
What are your favorite hobbies outside of work?
“My hobbies outside of work are playing golf, shooting darts, and helping coach my two daughters various sports teams.”
