Lindsay is the HR Assistant at our Milton Facility. She works closely with the department heads to ensure we are fully staffed; all employees are trained and competent in their area of work. Lindsay also ensures that our employees are paid on time, that employees are aware of and are following policies we have in place.
What do you like about your job?
“I love the people! Everyone here has a great personality. They are all very kind and caring. Best of all, the people at NEX have a great sense of humor. There is NEVER a dull moment in my day.”
How did you get into Packaging?
“I was placed here through the staffing company, Adecco and started out as a part time lab technician/receptionist.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
“I enjoy four wheeling when the weather is nice…Camping, again when the weather is nice, anything to do with the outdoors and spending time with my family.”
