Kelly Ruge is the Human Resource Manager for NEX. Kelly manages the planning and staffing activity to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent. Kelly provides leadership and guidance to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, objective setting, coaching, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
What do you like about your job?
“I love the people. There are so many different personalities and so many good people here. It’s great to be able to get to know them and focus on their strengths and good qualities.”
How do you describe NEX to your family/friends?
“I work for a company that is motivated to succeed. We have a diverse mix of individuals all working toward the same goals, focusing on quality, growth, safety, and customer satisfaction. A family oriented group that interacts well with each other. Lifetime friendships are made at our plants - that says something about our people and our values.”
What are you hobbies outside of work?
“Golf, gardening, camping, gathering with family and friends.”
